Although drinking alcohol is widely accepted and legal in the U.S. for those older than the legal drinking age, alcohol use disorder can be a scary diagnosis to receive. With treatment, however, a person can reach sobriety and recovery. In 2018, 139.8 million Americans aged 12 or older reported drinking any alcohol in the past 30 days.
Prescription medications are prescribed by licensed medical practitioners, issued from a pharmacy, and intended for use only by one person. Most prescription drugs are used correctly and not abused, and are a vital and important part of the United States healthcare system. Certain prescription drugs carry a greater risk of abuse than others.
The cost of addiction treatment often keeps people from getting the help they need.1 Insurance coverage can make treatment much more affordable. However, understanding how health benefits are applied to addiction treatment can be confusing. Many health insurance plans will only provide coverage for facilities that are within their network or will cover in-network treatment at a fraction of the out-of-pocket costs.

This place was really helpful & overall a great facility. the atmosphere is phenomenal & almost everyone, staff included is generally concerned and super active in helping everyone else achieve their goals. there’s a family away from family/home type feeling here, everyone is happy, excited, & supportive of everyone else. i loved getting to go to outside na/aa meetings to jumpstart some relationships with people in long term recovery. i really liked shelby, she was really friendly & always helpful & i looked forward to hannah’s class (music) every week. it was def one of my favs!!

Oxford outpatient was able to supply me with a more in depth look at my past behaviors. Unfortunately I was only able to spend 30 days there. I highly recommend that people consider Resolutions for treatment.

I really enjoyed my time at Oxford treatment center. The staff was very nice and helpful, the system and programs were insightful and extremely useful, and the facilities were top notch. Oxford treatment center gave me the tolls I needed to not only fight my addiction and obtain sobriety, but also to live a life of sobriety outside of treatment and enjoy that life.

Great one-on-one support from therapists and staff. Having had multiple years sober and then relapsed, these guys provide a great add-on type support system to AA or NA. They also transport to outside AA and NA meetings.

This a great step-down facility for those leaving rehab that might not be ready to return to their homes. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The therapists care a lot about the patients. There is plenty of life sustaining food to cook to your own preference and the class schedule is rigorous but still allows for time off to do independent self improvement.

I really enjoyed treatment here at Oxford outpatient! The groups are tightknit and small, allowing for great discussions. The kitchen in the house is awesome, especially having the ability to cook your own food is great. All staff at this facility are patient and understanding, they have given me the opportunity to learn a lot about emotional distress tolerance and better coping mechanisms. Overall, definitely recommend this facility, as its made a very positive impact in my recovery!
