A great experience from the first interaction to the final installation.
Pat and the team are all top-notch and did a great job of helping us choose the right hot tub for our needs and then communicated regularly on delivery timing, since the pandemic had resulted in significant backorders everywhere. The team was careful in managing the installation and then took the time to walk us through the features of the new hot tub, as well as educate us on proper spa chemical management.

We contacted Pat and her husband David and they came down that day and got us all up and running!!
