I popped in at first bc it was so close to where I live. I found the staff to be friendly, courteous, professional and welcoming. They each represent what I needed in customer service. They call me when Im due, with a friendly reminder, which is so appreciated. I think this will always be my insurance provider.

I was hesitant to switch from progressive because cheaper insurance usually means substandard service. Super excited and glad I made the switch. Liliana is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Getting COIs is so effortless and indicates they done this for a minute. I would recommend every trucker out there. Planning on sticking with them for the long haul

I’ve been a customer at this insurance company for many years. The staff is caring and very concerned they’re not just here in our community not caring taking unnecessary money from people.
