We are a local family owned entertainment company celebrating 21 years of Family Fun in Fort Wayne, IN with the hottest redemption, video, and interactive games in America. Tokens-N-Tickets is dedicated to FAMILIES and provides an affordable, fun, and relaxed family friendly environment.
What if I schedule a party for 15 kids and only 10 attend? You only pay for the number of kids that actually come to the party (minimum applies if below the minimum), not the estimate. What if I have less then the minimum number of partiers? We can still do a party package. You will need to pay for the minimum and you will still receive all of the tokens, gift certificates, etc for each paid child.
NO MOTION SICKNESS - The system refreshes at 90 frames per second! There is no lagging, panning, no buffering! You are free motion and thus doing what your brain thinks you should be doing - Zero Latency!. I do NOT recommend this place at all. I believe it is a local family owned business which would be a good thing if they were professional. One of the teens working last weekend hit me in my head with an unknown object while I was standing in line ordering pizza. We were out of the play area and this should NOT have happened. Instead of offering up an apology, the teens that were working the counter began to laugh. The lady who was taking my family & I’s order did not acknowledge what the teens had done. I spent $100 with this business that evening and will not be back! The place needs to be cleaned

Kids had a blast but my son got so sick after coming home. He ate a pack of m&ms from there that smelled a little off and ended up throwing up all night. They wernt serving food at the time when we went but that could have been bad timing, but I'm not sure if I will ever take my kids back. My son has been up all night crying his belly hurt and puking from what I believe to be food poisoning. We came pretty late in the day. We did have alot of fun tho. Just ended up eating something bad and making him very sick.

Would gave given it 5 stars except for a rotten egg aroma, free reign of the place had no crowd, lots of games to pick from, I loaded a card with $20 and got an extra $8 offered. That lasted about 2 hours between watching my grandkids play and swiping my card, they also had cards. Cashing in tickets was easy and staff responded when a machine didn't give me credit was brought to their attention. Plan on some time to cash in tickets just because it takes time to pick out candy that adds up. They offer burgers and pizza but didn't order so not sure if that is active. My family and I came in shortly after they opened today and we had an overall great experience. It has been about 5 years since we were last in and they have very much improved even though they do have their minor flaws. The last time we were here the employees were not that welcoming and we didn’t have the best time. Today the lady was very kind and helpful. Even though she was wearing a mask you could tell she had a smile on her face and she was just a sweetheart. Overall the place was clean and they were providing gloves for us if we wanted them.
