They do not do a very good job of drying the car. 5 or 6 people drying the car and the windows, mirrors and hood always have beads of water on them when I leave. I drive a new Subaru and the more expensive cars or a hot looking car is completely dry when it leaves. The less expensive cars are wet when they leave.

Took my car in for detailing with the December special. Had not had the car detailed since I bought it two years ago. Got it back and it looked like the car I drove away from the showroom. Excellent job! Highly recommend the detailing service, well worth the investment. I’m bringing my car back for washes, the attention to detail is outstanding! Thanks again, a happy *new* customer!!!

I have been coming to Waves car wash for over a year and thought they did such a great job. And the past 3 times I went, they did such a horrible job. I came back twice because they never cleaned the interior of my car which I paid for. Yesterday (Dec. 10) I paid $24 for interior cleaning and it looked as though they rushed and cleaned with dirty rags. The excuse was new people and that they were busy. Well train your staff better and don’t take on so many cars. I paid for a service and I deserve that service.

I have been using them for two months and I have been extremely disappointed each time. I tried and tried, but there was no improvement. The right side of my vehicle is never as clean and has dirt spots and streaks all over it and the left side is not much better, but it is cleaner than the right. The tire shine is added haphazardly, it is spread around on one tire, maybe two, while others get nothing, or it’s applied as if a first grader did it. They dry your vehicle so you would think they would see where

FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!! The wash itself is great, but what I was extremely impressed with was the level of detail delivered by their incredibly meticulous staff. I swear this is one of the hardest working teams I've ever witnessed. It's like they were reading each other's mind as they cleaned my car - inside and out, all 3 rows, trunk, floor mats, door frames, windows, seat cracks, dashboard, tires, cup holders, all of it - with such incredible detail. Today I was disappointed with the service. I have a monthly membership and I am ready to stop it. The inside of my car was not cleaned to my satisfaction. There was some mud on the back seat from my grandchildren and I had to clean it when I came home. I also had to remind them to armor all my tires. Unfortunately the help is not what it used to be. I hope something will be done to correct these situations

The car wash was sub par. I still had bugs on the front of my Tacoma. There were water spots all over my truck when I got home. I detailed it to get them out. I will not be going back to this car wash. I also expected to be able to vacuum out my truck my self. Nope you have to pay extra . I'm new in the area and looking for a great experience to do the job I pay for.

Relatively new to the Lewes area and visited Waves a few times. I give them five stars because they pay attention to details. They have an army of people drying the car after the automatic wash. On a full service wash they wipe down the door wells and remove the floor mats from the car for cleaning. They are also very honest. They must have found some loose coins on the floor. They put them into the cup holder. Did I mention they have a senior discount on Tuesdays? There is no doubt I will continue frequenting this business. I also leave a tip in the tip bucket for these hard working staff members

The finish on all 4 alloy wheels is damaged/discolored with fine abrasive marks engrained in all directions on each wheel. The wheels were NOT damaged prior to entering the car wash. They denied responsibility and said it's because my car is old. Pollen left on roof and other places. Workers are kind and I can overlook the pollen but I can't recommend a place where the man I complained to was rude. Very disappointed at the lack of professionalism, especially to a local who has used this car wash before. This is my first review and hopefully my last.

I got a great car wash here for a really reasonable price. It took a good while to get through the line after work (around 5:15), since it was really busy at that time. But it was SO worth it! They did a great job cleaning the interior, too. The feeling of a clean car is great, especially when you didn't have to do the work!

I have a membership that I do not use often, but decided to do so today. When I entered the wash, I heard scraping noises. I thought it was just the belts that rides the car through trying to align. Once I got home, I noted a small scratch on one side of the car, and the other side near the tire was scraped up! Will be returning tomorrow, as my car is brand new.

Extremely displeased at the current moment. I went there on a Sunday well within their normal operating hours to get my car washed. I'm in new VIP car wash member and paid $55 for the service. Last night there was a horrible storm and my car is covered in tree sap. I came today to get it washed, and they close due to the weather. While it is cloudy and they are calling for chance of rain it is not raining as of yet.
I called and left a message expressing my extreme displeasure with my service as of now.
I'm hoping things improve seeing how I am in the current three month contract
