A locally owned family business, Advanced Fire Protection Services was founded in 1989 by Mike and Linda Brown with the vision of becoming the most respected life-safety company in the Southeast. Over the years, AFPS has expanded and diversified services, opening a second office in Panama City Beach in 2005 and a third office in Tallahassee in 2020.
Advanced Fire Protection Services team members are Total Life Safety experts. We protect and save lives every day. Who wouldn't want to save lives for a living? At Advanced Fire Protection Services, all your fire extinguisher and emergency lighting needs are handled by trained and Florida certified technicians. Emergency lights, exit signs (E-Lights) and fire extinguishers are key pieces of life safety equipment. E-Lights must provide sufficient illumination and direction during a power outage or other emergency that would require occupants to safely exit the building.
