I refuse to rate this company. The service is so unprofessional and the response times are insane. I had a will call from my second opinion visit with a cardiologist and waited almost 3 hours for pick up. The worst thing of it all is that they told the dispatcher it would be less than an hour and then the driver called me and said he would be here in 45 minutes. I had to call the dispatcher again at this time connected me to the company res, who then told me that my driver will be here in another 25 minutes. They give you none of the information you ask for they make you google the company and

I used this service because my insurance provides transportation. Never had an issue however today I did. I had an appointment at 940 and I scheduled my pickup for 1040. I did not know that because it’s my due date my doctor would want to perform extra testing and such. So I called to change my time and they told me they could not change the time. I was advised to call my insurance! Not only this but they were there to pick me up at 10 am for a pickup that I had scheduled for 1040!! I ended up having to pay for an Uber because they refused to pick me up at 1130 when I was done. When I use my

This is literally the worst experience I’ve had with any kind of transportation ever. I wish I was exaggerating. I was left stranded over 30 miles away from my home because the ride never came to pick me up. I stood outside for over 2 hours waiting for the ride and called their number multiple times but no one would pick up. I will never use this service again.

Do not and I repeat do NOT in any shape, form, or fashion do business w/this company. My health insurance provider arranged for them to pick me up for an appt I had at 9:00 am the office was less than 2 miles away from my home. They still sent the driver an hour and a half before my appt even though I received a confirmation text the night before stating the driver wld arrive at 8:27. The driver was apologetic but when I called the dispatcher she was very nonchalant stating the insurance company allows them to pick up at least an hour ahead & that I wld have to take it up w/them even though her

Zero stars! Terrible company. Buses consistently late and customer service is severely lacking. Phone call either gets sent to voicemail or you are immediately put on hold for an extended period.
If you have ANY other options, use those. I am a high school soccer coach and we have better luck carpooling ourselves or taking public transit.

The absolute WORST in the industry. We've had bus after bus late..by hours sometimes...and we've had to call schools and inform them we won't arrive until AFTER the scheduled game start time. You call and they say they're 15 minutes away...an hour plus later, maybe they'll pull up. Then after talking to them and getting assurance they'll do better...when asking for a longer trip (suburb, not in city) they want to charge 3x the rate of others...showing no interest in making up for their horrible service with a decent rate. If there is someone else you can choose...do it

Very poor experience with them. I have medicaid transportation and was put on with them. They have cancelled my ride the last hour to my appointment. This isn't the first time it has happened. I have very important doctors appointments but they are consistent ly late for pick up.

-3 stars, awful experience. Not only were our buses extremely late, the driver did not pick up calls and gave unhelpful time estimations. We had a game and had to stand for an hour outside, until the bus finally came. On the way back, we ended up taking ubers because of the frustrating wait time. Do not use this company's bus services unless you want to risk being late to your event.

I have never experienced a bus company more unprofessional and unorganized in my entire 20 years of teaching. There needs to be a complete overhaul of this company from top to bottom so that they are capable of meeting the needs of students (and teachers). They made a typically exciting experience of planning and executing an annual field trip a complete nightmare just days before our trip. There are ZERO stars allocated because there has been ZERO competency this entire experience.
