Located just 21 miles Southwest of Lansing, MI the Charlotte, MI premier auction site serves as a used vehicle and equipment resource to the greater Lansing metropolitan area and surrounding communities. You will find a wide variety of used vehicles, pickup trucks, bucket trucks, electric utility equipment, heavy construction equipment, and trailers up for auction.
Anyone can buy used backhoes and loaders every week at our public auctions. We offer CAT, John Deere, CASE, Komatsu, Kawasaki and many others. We typically have used extend-a-hoe backhoes, 44 loader backhoes - with either open or enclosed cabs. Used wheel loaders (articulated loaders) can often be found together with crawler loaders.

ONLY BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE A LESS THEN 1 STAR!!!
1 recently purchased a truck from this "business" which, come to find out is owned by Altec.
After winning the bid on a truck for several thousands dollars less then what the KBB was, I called the yard where it was located in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
I asked "Bruce" the guy that answered the phone if he could confirm the truck could be driven.
He called me back about an hour later and said it was actually a really nice truck.
To which I asked if he knew of a good transport company. He referred me to one and I scheduled with

Nightmare headache experience.
Bought a trailer and so far almost 60 days later no title! I have filed a complaint with the State of Florida. Also, they have hidden admin fees and additional buyers premium.
Second time buying, first time they did not have title release from bank, this company for as big as tehy appear are lousy with service. Search other reviews on other sites DO NOT BUY FROM JJKANE.

I have purchased items previously, but my last purchase absolutely upset me.
I purchased an item, a trailer mounted generator, when i got the invoice it was for 170% of the purchase price. I expected sales tax and buyers premium and had no issue with the admin fees. However they added on a documentation fee and a special use permit fee. I questioned them on these fees as they were not disclosed in the auction before purchase.
There is no justification for a doc fee as there are no docs. This is an untitled piece of equipment. As to the special use fee, that is just garbage. I bought this unit

I bought a f450 service truck ex PGE truck it was blue in the add then changed to white . i end up buying this truck functionally its a great truck . the paint job is one of the worst i have seen I really don't think this truck was even washed before being painted there was a magnet stuck to the back of the truck that just got painted over the paint that is already peeling the factory blue paint was not even sanded . well the paint jobs these guys are having done on PGE trucks just figure to repaint it because they are bad real bad .
