They came out and poured the wrong type of concrete. They also didn’t follow the correct rebar placement schedule or type and didn’t vibrate the concrete to assure it settled around the rebar and had no air pockets left.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. They clearly don’t care about doing the job right.
