5 Star Home Improvements lived up to its name. We have an older home and a detached garage which have large, older and worn-out roofs that were both pitched and peaked in some areas and flat in others. Our gutters were out-dated and needed to be replaced. We looked for months to find a reparable contractor but were frustrated until we learned of 5 Star. They had the expertise and the proper insurance coverage and licensing to take this project. We discussed the options both structurally and financially. The approach and contract were straight forward and fair. My highest compliment is for the team

Beware of this outfit!
Their business name is not registered. Their phone number is cloned from some person in Oregon - untraceable. And their business address is fake. They are just two very personable Irishman who say their names are Patrick and John. Never got a last name.
They do absolutely slipshod work. They try to finish everything in just a few hours and then run away with your cash. In my case, they hired some local street workers who knew how to lay bricks but then they forced them to lay the bricks without proper tamping down, so they immediately settled out of skew. They broke a

March 30, 2017 a contract to replace our roof, spouting and touch up our chimneys started based on the date of settlement for our house. Five star home improvement was paid up front by our settlement company. It took this company over 8 months to finish our ROOF. They left walk boards nailed to the top of our roof. Trash in window sills. Tools supplies and wood on our second story roof trash in my yard and ladders and nails on my deck.
