This small family business is BIG on customer service. I called this afternoon inquiring about a sizable order with very specific needs. I was already prepared to have to go to several places to find everything we needed before my mother returns from the hospital. Sari, the owners son, was not only extremely knowledgeable but he was patient and kind with all my questions and never once made me feel silly or rushed. To my surprise they had every single item we needed from large furniture to the smallest necessity. Did I mention he did ALL the shopping for me?! With Covid numbers being so crazy right

Bought a wheel chair for my Father
He passed before he could use it
returned wheel chair for refund and was told due to covid no returns
clerk pointed to sign on window only seen on exit
clerk offered $100 for $430 wheel chair
If there is a policy of no returns, Why did he offer $100?
I believe it is because the are using COVID as a method of taking advantage of people. My recommendation is to go elsewhere, this place has bad policy. They also do not have any prices marked on merchandise.

Great family business. Very knowledgeable, prompt, and well stocked. Extra wear house in the back with more equipment. We were looking for a cane chair. I called 6 or 8 medical supply stores. This store was the best and had several kinds for us to choose from. Reasonable prices. We couldn’t be happier.

We purchased a hospital bed table, and some misc. items for our son. We needed the receipt, but seemed to have misplaced it. One month later I called America’s Best, they remembered the sale and offered to email me a receipt. The day we purchased the items, it was just after closing time. (in which case, they stayed open) and they were in the process of moving, and yet, they even remembered us. So wonderful to find a store that is helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous.

I found this store during looking for N95 and KN95 masks at the beginning of the COVID outbreak. They were the ONLY store that had them and they continue to keep a steady supply available to ANYONE who needs them! Super friendly folks own this place. Very patient and no pressure to sell me anything. I went in looking for a wheel chair for my elderly dad, and once I explained the situation they showed me a transport chair instead. Basically a wheelchair without the big real wheels which my dad would not have been able to utilize. Turns out it was perfect for his situation and much lighter and easier to transport that a wheelchair. I highly recommend this business and will return should I need anything they sell in the future.
