Blinds & Designs LTD was founded by Tommie's late husband, Noel Knowles. Noel never met a stranger. It wasn't uncommon for him to share a cup of coffee and visit with his clients. He would show pictures of the work he had done, pictures of his family, and the array of rescued family pets.

They can do good work at first glance, but details leave something to be desired.
Spent $7k on blackout shades and boxes (for 4 windows) on the sides to block out additional light. They were installed well and are a great match to the decor. However upon closer inspection I saw they just folded up cardboard as a spacer in between shade boxes. There were also setup issues where some shades kept extending well beyond the floor (just bunching up). I also noticed some holes in the shades (these were supposed to be brand new shades). When I told them about all this I was told it would be the LAST visit
