This group took over when the owner of the company I used retired. I had no issues until I needed help. They were actually able to make it to my house when Gene, the owner, wanted to sell me a new 19k system. I didn't upgrade to the new system and shortly afterwards I had issues with my phone app after changing internet providers. I called numerous times to try and arrange a service appointment. No call backs from Tom or Gene. Finally a service appointment was scheduled and the tech no showed. Gene was going to call me back never did until I canceled the service and said I was going to

This company is absolutely terrible about handling their existing customer service requests. On numerous occasions I've waited months for my requests for service to be answered or replied to via email. It was only when threatening to go to Yelp that I did get a response (after 5 months of emails and telephone calls!)
Once again I've waiting over a month and 4+ emails with no response -- this time I went to Yelp.
I will seriously suggest you look around for another to company to install and service your technical home needs because believe me, it will NOT be done right the first

Excellent experience working with Advanced Security, Gene Jordan and his team. This is my second time using this company to install a brand new system; first in a brand new home and second in a home with a 20+ year old system that wasn't properly working. Both times they've been wonderful to work with, very professional, trustworthy, and insightful. Happy to say we're up and running with a great new security system and I'll be sleeping well tonight :) Highly recommended!

When I called and requested a quote. The owner Gene Jordan was very patient with me. Gene came by my house to talk to me and he is very experience, knowledgeable and helpful.
Gene gave me a quote and he was very flexible with my installation date/time.
The technician called before his arrival which shown a very professional way. He was on time and he is very experience, walked me through every step that I need to know. No hidden fee and a honest company.
We are glad that we found this company and highly recommended.

A very professional and knowledgable company. I met w/ Gene Jordan of Advance Security to discuss our old system and to update to a user friendly system. We had our 20 year old alarm system revamped through Advanced Security and I can't speak highly enough of the team that performed the work in a very proficient and timely manner.
After all work was completed I was contacted to be sure the system was working as I expected and was given their cell numbers to call if I had any questions. They are also very responsive to all emails.

Excellent service. Gene was able to visit the same day and thoroughly serviced our system (replaced all sensor batteries, replaced keypad, installed smoke alarm, repaired wireless panel). Very knowledgeable about the Alarm.com products and functionalities, took the time to explain everything and demonstrate. Highly recommended. Glad my system is now serviced by this company.

I couldn't be happier with the service and installation processfrom this place. Before I worked with them, I was dubious of the alarm industry as they seemed overly eager to do whatever it takes to lock you into a contract and provide sub-par products. Not here.
First of all, it's not a chain or franchise. I researched and called quite few places, and these guys never tried to push a sale. They were great in working with me, answering my questions about how the Go Control and Alarm.com were different from the other older technology companies. I had done my research, so I knew a bit already
