My name is Diane Mencke and I love to create beautiful and delicious cakes for weddings and other celebrations. I have always enjoyed baking, having learned to bake as a little girl, and started decorating cakes about 12 years ago totally by accident! A friend asked me to join her in a cake decorating class offered at the local hobby store.
