Hi, this is Dr. Sakamoto. I'm going to tell you who is a candidate for pinhole technique. It's usually patients that have multiple areas of gum receding. A lot of times it's across the front, like all the front upper teeth and all of the lower front teeth. It's difficult to do on single teeth receding.
All-on-4 Dental Implants is a procedure that allows patients to have surgery and replacement teeth all done in one day. Many people also refer to these implants as Teeth-in-A-Day. As the name suggests, four dental implants will be placed for the All-on-4 Implant procedure; and, dentures will be immediately placed over top of the implants.

The post below. was supposed to post almost a year ago 2020 but failed to go through. I've seen Dr Sakomoto several times since and can't say enuff good things about him, his Techs, or his office staff. I'm glad I was referred there!
From the moment I was brought back to the surgery room, my comfort was the Assistant and Drs primary concern... they made me as comfortable as possible!! I was shaking from nerves and my BP was verifiably elevated. My concerns were immediately addressed. I was offered a pillow, a blanket, TV, (and tho I never had it before) laughing gas which really made a huge difference

I live a hour and half away from the location, but my online research pointed me to them. I had the tunneling technique done on both sides of my upper mouth to repair receding gums. They were wonderful with the scheduling and interpersonal connection. Cannot say enough about Mannava and her assistants. Videos online concerning grafting and other techniques were a little scary. I had my wisdom teeth removed too. Not a major issue for either. I would highly recommend this team.

Dr. Sakamoto is the best of the best - I would not send my family and friends to anyone else for any periodontal concerns. Dr. Sakamoto has treated me twice for a recurrent gum issue and has been nothing but responsive, kind, professional, and thorough in how he conducts his practice. Office staff are always friendly and kind. I also work in healthcare and admittedly can be on the picky side about my own providers - not a problem with Dr. Sakamoto! Thank you.

I highly recommend Dr. Sakamoto. I have had severe dental anxiety since I was a child. I have been putting off getting a gum graft for several years due to fear/anxiety. I finally decided to schedule a consult after my dentist told me it’s getting worse. I found Dr. Sakamoto by reading his google reviews. He was worth the hour drive from where I live. Very poor communication between staff. Better be prepared to run all of your dental and insurance benefits yourself. Paid $1800 out of pocket to be told I was scheduled on a Friday handed a appointment card reminder with proper date. I took time off work to be told I was scheduled a completely different day. Scheduling staff seems extremely incompetent. Scheduled follow up after my graft first thing in morning first appointment at 730. To check in and be told they were having a meeting, 2 others checked in (triple booked at 730) to be last one to be pulled back after 30 minutes , while staff slowly
