Juliette and her team designed and planned our graduation party for around 40 people at the Phoenix Alameda. We are so happy to have found her! She pays close attention to details. She helped us identify our theme and accommodated our budget and wants (ie., photo opp with neon light sign, boba bar, guest memory jar). She's responsive, available, and knowledgeable. We didn't have to worry about a thing the day of! All our guests were so impressed and gushed about how everything looked so beautiful. Definitely made me and my co-host feel celebrated and special.

Juliette and her team are magicians. We first met when my dino-obsessed soon-to-be three-year-old asked for a dino birthday party. I contacted Juliette and basically said: "My girl wants dinosaurs, I love dinosaurs, but I'm not sure I can do bright colors so... can we make it a muted-minimalist-boho dino party?" Juliette was not only up for the challenge -- she pulled off the most epic party ever, complete with an Adopt-a-Dino station, a dino egg hunt, and ferns galore.

I always admire the events styled by Juliette and her team! I finally had the chance to have Juliette help with my son's WILD ONE birthday and boy! I couldn't imagine it turned out any better!
Juliette is very on top of things, quick to respond, detail-oriented and I can tell she is very dedicated to making your event looks the best! She arrived 7 hours early before the party to make sure everything is as planned and that made me feel special!

We have officially found THE event planner! Juliette and her team are amazing and made our event so fun and stress free! I found C+W through a mom group. Juliette and her team recently helped us with my daughter's 5th birthday! From the first call to the final email, Juliette was so detailed and accommodating! She really tries to understand and listen to you and your vision. She definitely knocked our vision out of the ballpark! We even encountered some obstacles a few days before the party and she was able to accommodate and still work with the changes! I love how she is such a perfectionist

When my daughter asked for a dance party for her second pandemic birthday party I knew I had to make it extra special. I secured an online virtual party DJ and that's when I realized that I needed some pretty awesome decorations to serve as the background for the birthday girl's dancing. How does one create a celebration during Shelter in Place in the era of Covid? They contact Juliette at C+W Events, to create a special and honestly, over the top balloon display outside the graduates window. We appreciate her taking pity on us after finishing the outdoor display, when she looked at our woeful car decorating efforts. She applied her decorative touches with another rainbow arch for the drive thru parade, which was tied tightly to the roof the car like a Christmas tree. Amazing. In our initial consultation, I provided Juliette with a Pinterest board showing what I was going for. My biggest worry when thinking about my daughters first birthday was stressing over setting up decor and not fully enjoying the day with my husband, daughter and guests. Finding Juliette was like finding gold! This is a connection I hope to have for many years to come. I recently hired Juliette to design and manage my 3 y/o's party and she was AMAZING. It was incredible having someone with an eye for detail who could handle the crafting and details that made it so special. She also helped me to stay on track with what needed to be ordered, scheduled, and purchased which is awesome when you're a busy working mama. The best part was the morning of the event when she arrived for final set-up and I got to disappear to actually get ready - as opposed to running around like a chicken with my head cut off up until the guests arrived.
