Amazing. My prior review seems to have vanished from this page.
A few years ago I came upon an elderly couple who had a flat. They were from out of town and struggling to get set up to change the tire. They had no jack.
I called Raber's and told them the story. Explained that I just needed to use a cheap jack for a few minutes. I would pay a couple of bucks to use it and leave my govt ID with them.
They were UTTERLY unhelpful and wanted a cash deposit and a rental fee. I explained that we were going to be this couple's first impression of the Ephrata area but they refused

Amazing example of exemplary customer service. Was driving from out of town and needed a new tire due to not being repairable. They had me in and out in 20 mins with a new tire. I have never experienced that level of service with anyone I've EVER dealt with. Thank you so much for a job well done and getting us on the road SO FAST!!! You guys are absolutely amazing. If you treat all your customers that way, you will have an incredibly successful business.

Today I went to Rabers for the first time. I saw they had a good 5 star review here and it was close to home so I decided to give it a shot. I called to set up an appointment for two new tires, the gentleman told me to stop in at anytime. I immediately went over and was in and out in less than half an hour. I got two brand new tires put on in less than 30 minutes at a great price! I was confident that they didn't take advantage of me being there as a woman and try and sell me something more expensive or convince me my car needed something else. I will definitely be back next time I need tires

The prices got me in, the service keeps me coming back.
These guys do good work, have better prices than everyone else in the area, and best of all offer free tire rotation with your purchase. I saved $40 a tire on my Bridgestone Potenzas here, and the 10k mile rotation mark looms all I have to do is stop by the shop, wait five minutes, and I'm out the door pro bono. This is how a business ought to be run.
Don't let the "discount" in the name fool you--this isn't a place that has used hunks of rubber manufactured in a country that no longer exists or some "brand
