The Mower County Employees Credit Union was chartered in 1961 to benefit the employees of Mower County. When you become a member, you become an owner! As a cooperative, owned entirely by our members, earnings are returned to you in the form of better rates, fewer fees and exceptional service! Inquire about all the other services we offer to compliment your Share Draft (Checking) Account! We offer a variety of benefits to offer convenience to your everyday financial needs. Minimum opening deposit required of $5.00 - this is your share of ownership in the credit union. Our Back to School Club Account allows you to set aside spending money for school supplies, clothes, fees, books and so much more!
Consumer Loans - For members requesting their very first loan with the credit union we require a recent pay stub or tax return (self-employed). When requesting a collateral secured loan please provide the year, make, model and preferably vehicle identification number (VIN). Pre-approval requests are also available for members who may want to shop around prior to selecting a specific vehicle.
Whether you're celebrating a birthday, holiday, graduation, new baby, wedding or any occasion - gift cards are always appreciated! A single gift can bring many joys. Worldwide Access: Contact us prior to your international travel to place a travel alert on your card. Lost or Stolen Card: To report a lost or stolen card please call the credit union during normal business hours at (507) 437-6360.
You can request a Wire Transfer to send money to your account at another financial institution. Contact the other financial institution to get their specific wiring instructions that are used to receive the money into that account. We require members to initiate outgoing wire transfers in person during regularly scheduled business hours.
