Neal & Wright LLC is conveniently located in the heart of the City of Decatur, Georgia near the intersection of East Trinity Place and Church Street. Parking is provided in the deck located behind the building. Please note that elevator service is available from the front entrance of the building on East Trinity Place; stairway access is provided from the rear.
SHERRY V. NEAL is the managing member of Neal & Wright LLC. Experienced in both the private and non-profit legal sectors, Sherry specializes in assisting families who want to grow through adoption and enjoys representing adoptive parents in all types of adoptions as well as the occasional birth parent who needs legal advice to facilitate her adoption plan.
DANIEL S. WRIGHT provides general business legal services in the fields of commercial real estate, entity formation and governance, joint venture/equity structure arrangements, intellectual property, and various other transactional practice areas.
In the commercial real estate field, Dan works with investors and developers on acquisitions or dispositions and leasing on both the landlord and tenant side, in both cases across a wide variety of asset classes (office, industrial, retail, and large-scale residential land deals).Dan has experience working with organizations both large and small to achieve their goals and understands their different organizational and business needs.

NACHELE A. HEMPHILL is an office assistant and paralegal for the firm. Nachele assists the attorneys of Neal and Wright LLC in their specialized areas of law as well as maintaining the general administrataion of the FIrm. In her spare time, she loves to bake, play board games with her family, play sports, travel, and spend quality time with her husband and kids.
We believe in giving back to the community that supports us. We do this in four ways: by offering occasional free informational seminars to the community, through involvement in community service organizations, by offering pro bono legal assistance, and through charitable giving. Firm partners Sherry and Dan are involved in a variety of community service work.

I recently adopted my stepson and am so pleased to recommend Sherry Neal (and her associate, Jodi Greenberg) for adoption matters. My husband and I hired Sherry because we were impressed with what we saw on her website and her legal credentials but we write this review and highly recommend her because she offered so much more than legal expertise. Sherry Neal and her Assistant, Jodi Greenberg, made the process for a new will and testament easy and comprehensible. The answers to my questions were always prompt and very clear so I had no difficulty making decisions on what to include especially for the Advance Directive for Health Care and provisions for trust funds. They also provided a very helpful worksheet to list all the pertinent information regarding my personal property and specific wishes to help the Executor carry out the terms of the will with as little complication as possible.

Dan Wright helped us write a complicated, multi-tiered lease agreement. He suggested thoughtful ideas to help preserve a positive relationship with the landlord while protecting our interests. After such a great experience, we asked Dan to help us write boundary agreements with 8 of our closest neighbors. This was another complex set of circumstances. Dan was able to lead us through the thicket of old plot books and boundary descriptions. He kept us moving toward our eventual goal and kept me sane throughout the twists and turns this project took.
