While previously a partner at Polidori Franklin Monahan and Beattie, LLC, for the past thirty three years, he is continuing his association with the law firm as "of counsel."
Ms. Westmont is a partner with Polidori, Franklin, Monahan & Beattie LLC. She has concentrated her practice in the area of family law throughout her career, and is dedicated to assisting clients who are experiencing transition and conflict. Ms. Westmont handles domestic relations cases ranging from complex financial disputes to difficult child custody matters.
Ms. Simpson is a partner at Polidori, Franklin, Monahan & Beattie, LLC. She has focused her entire career on practicing all aspects of family law, including divorce and legal separation, allocation of parental responsibility (custody) actions, child support and spousal support modifications, post decree parenting time disputes, and appeals.

Robin is extremely professional and was the strength that was needed during a very difficult custody challenge. From the moment I walked into her office she was honest, forthright and she very clearly laid out what the possible outcomes would be. I was referred to Robin Beattie by another attorney who had consulted with her in the past regarding matters of maintenance (alimony). My case was extremely high conflict, but Robin helped me stay focused on what really mattered, which saved me a lot of stress and money throughout the long process.
