Sondra is our sales person she was super thorough on policies, cost, different packages and most importantly she helped us pick what we were looking for. Which made it easy. She wasn’t pushy on trying to get us something that we really didn’t need. Even though i was going overboard. She really helped us out because each package is different to different needs. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me . He answered all my questions and was very respectful. He showed me how to use everything . They arrived in a timely manner.
