Honestly, they are incredible. They have given us such peace of mind in our new (but older) home. Their HPP plan is well worth it. They are available 24/7 and are always professional prompt, efficient and are a resource when you need one. They are always willing to work you into their schedule no matter how busy they are - and they are busy, because they're the best.

New home owner with a pest issue in the basement. Ladybug sent out a team member within 24 hours of my first call and coordinated around my schedule to accommodate the visit. Throughout the 5 week process, the team was extremely communicative and friendly. Took care of my pest issue and made it easy and stress free for me!
