We went with Iroquois Fence because of the Professionalism on the phone (setting up appointment) and during the estimate. Dan took the time to explain many details to my wife and I.
They communicated exceptionally! Which is really the most important part in any project. We had multiple delays due to landscaping, and Iroquois could not have been more accommodating.
On install day the crew was prompt, professional and even cut me some slack when i moved one of their leveled posts on accident!!
All around great experience. i would use them again, and recommend this company to anyone!!

I am still blown away by what a great job Iroquois did on our fence. It was installed quickly and with amazing precision. It was reassuring to see the team out there leveling each piece after digging the deep hole and filling in concrete. They were very professional and I highly recommend them to all of my friends.

Iroquois Fence had installed 194 feet of black chain link fence in our backyard in May 2020. Dan, Karen & Pat were all very friendly and easy to communicate with via phone and e-mail. The installation crew was also very hard working, polite and clearly explained the process. We had obtained quotes through 2 other local fence companies in addition to Iroquois Fence. One estimate was $500 more (which is within reason). The other local fence company wanted almost double for the same job. We would highly recommend to family, friends and neighbors in need of a fence.

Read a lot of great reviews so I called them. Karen returned my call regarding an estimate and stated they did not do estimates in my area(Williamsville Village) because of the danger there might be rocks and they don't have the equipment for this. I kind of feel like they could've at least looked at the property before determining it was not worth their time. I typically don't complain but this seemed worth a comment.

They installed a chain link fence around our yard and it looks great. Their price was less than the other companies' estimates we received. Dan was wonderful to work with. He answered all of the questions I emailed him very quickly and had no problems adjusting the plans when we had to change a few things around. Called to get an estimate on having my fence taken down and put back after concrete was replaced around my pool or the possibility of replacing the fence all together. I was called by Karen the Owners mother and told to call someone in my area because it's not a big enough job for them to come out to East Amherst. Confused because they don't really know what the work is yet. I called back to speak to a supervisor thinking perhaps the message was misinterpreted. They did a nice job on our fence and even spread the misplaced dirt where we specified. The installers were on time and very courteous and professional. The only reason I'm withholding one star is the odd way that they collect money. They didn't ask for any upon installation, but sent an invoice instead. No problem so far...but it arrived on a Tuesday and we were getting late calls by that Friday. I send all payments directly from my bank so its always going to take a few days to get there. I can't imagine operating on a system that expects payments inside of a week. I would

We received several estimates and after reviewing and considering each, we engaged the services of Iroquois Fence.
The initial meeting was with Dan who was easy to talk to, not overtly "salesy" -- just to the point. There was no sense of BS whatsoever, very much appreciated that. He was also mindful of our time, the meeting was concise.
Dan gave us a brief and impressive company background of this family business
