So glad I put my doubts aside on chiropractic services. The treatment I'm receiving here is changing my life. I have an extremely physical job and I was concerned about how long I had left before it got the best of me. I can't praise this team enough. Appointments are always super fast and thorough. If you follow his advice and keep up with your appointments he can work miracles. And he is always trying to see me less and less to reduce my cost and help my body adjust for the long term.

Best chiropractor in Murfreesboro. Kim helped with my child’s Ben many medical problems and he has been going since he was 9 months old and he is now a healthy active 8 year old. Doctor Dawes helped my oldest child Camden with his back problems due to golf even after physical therapy didn’t help resolve the problem, he had Camden fixed within two months. They are truly the best!!!

I love Stones River Chiropractic, they have taken care of me through pregnancy, now helping me while carrying around a big baby & my baby has even been adjusted by Dr. Kimberly (and loved it). I truly can’t say enough positive things about what great chiropractic care I have received! I was never a chiropractor believer, was honestly bulletproof until 32... Then my lower back acted up. Figured it'd get better, after 2 months it didn't, so finally broke down and went to see the good folks here at Stones River chiropractic.
After my 2nd visit my back pain was dramatically better! Very awesome group, and doing try to give you a sales pitch! Just fix you and send you on your way!

Our lactation consultant recommended her to us. Our little boy was having difficulty latching for breast feeding and passing gas/pooping.
All it took was one visit and he was already showing improvement. Dawes did her thing and our baby boy slept thru the entire visit.
Taking a newborn to a chiropractor was something new and unheard of for us, but now I can confidently say I recommend it to anyone.
It's helped our little one tremendously and she doesn't charge you for your visit if she doesn't do anything to your baby.
