Bowen Asset Management
We are independent, fee-only financial advisers who have a fiduciary responsibility to our clients to always act in their best interests. We are not paid to sell products. We neither charge nor share hidden fees or residuals. We are paid to give you advice, to manage your portfolio, help you plan for your future, and most importantly, to help you understand and feel comfortable with your portfolio.

Unlike advisors who are incentivized to sell one product over another with hidden fees and trailing commission payments, we are compensated by wholly transparent means and are paid ONLY independently by our clients to provide independent advice in our client's best interest to help each client reach their personal goals.
Services
We believe that everyone, no matter their stage of life or means, deserves great financial advice and planning help. Our clients range from high-net-worth retirees to young professionals just beginning careers to empty-nesters preparing for retirement to special needs trusts. We listen as you tell us what you need, what you want to accomplish, what you dream of, and what keeps you awake at night.
Fee-only advisers generally sell their knowledge. These advisers charge only for their advice and the ongoing management of their client's investments. These advisors do not receive any commissions or incentives for placement of their client funds in any products. The adviser's fee grows as a result of the increase in value of the client's funds.
The principal owners of Bowen Asset Management are Linda Bowen and Zack Bowen. Together, they have over 50 years of experience in financial services. Bowen Asset Management was formed with the idea of bringing Wall Street knowledge of the investment process to Main Street. There is no reason why the investment process should not be simple, straightforward, honest, transparent and truly made in the best interest of the underlying client.
Do you have a minimum portfolio size? We do not have a minimum portfolio size that we manage. Each client should expect the same level of personal service and fiduciary care despite the size of their portfolio. Who will hold my assets? Our clients enter into a custodial/clearing agreement with an unaffiliated third-party custodian where the assets are held in the clients' name.
Investment advisers are bound to a fiduciary standard that was established as part of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. As part of this act and the subsequent Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act of 2010, investment advisers can be regulated by either the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or state securities' regulators.
