Our experience with Holland Homes was perfect from start to finish. From the moment we began looking to build with Holland Homes, we were taken care of. Every step of the home building process was enjoyable because of Holland's professionalism, punctuality, and organization. Holland Homes was a pleasure to work with! We absolutely loved the process from the initial design/spec meeting to the final walk-thru of our custom build. Lana was a true gem in guiding us through every detail of the building process and answering all of the questions we had (no matter what time of day and how small of a question it was). Evan did a great job of keeping us updated on each step and when it would take place. Robert checked in multiple times to make sure we were happy with the results of our “dream home vision.” Thank you Holland Homes - would definitely recommend!

Critical: Quality, Value
Terrible company, cuts corners, uses cheap materials and don’t honor their own work. Too many builders in Auburn/Opelika area. Look elsewhere for your new construction or remodel. Note to Holland homes. Don’t bother with a response telling us to call you, did that and you still didn’t honor your work.

Poor quality construction, poor management of construction processes, Will not complete job on schedule, terrible job site management, cheapest materials available, inexperienced superintendents, would not recommend using them to build home regardless of price, structural engineers should not have to sign off on framing of a residential home as… they frequently use this method to get by inspections during framing process. Do not use them if you care about your family and loved ones. Multiple litigations and are still allowed to build houses in the state of Alabama, they just pay fines and

Our project was to add a screened, covered deck to our house with entrance from the living area. This experience with Holland Homes was great from start to finish. Robert listened to what we had in mind, and he kept adjusting the plan to fit our vision and our budget. The workers were polite, hard working and cleaned the job site at the end of each day.
As a woodworker and a person that has built two other homes, I can attest to the quatlity of the workmenship. Jeremiah and Robert were excellent at their tasks and were a pleasure to work with.
The project was finshed on time and on budget.

We hired Holland Homes to add an oversized garage, cover our patio and install a gutter system to our home and we are very pleased with their work. They listened to our concerns and went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased with their work every step of the way. We purchased a new home with Holland Homes in The Preserve at Stoney Ridge at Lake Martin. Our experience with Daniel and Robert and their crews have been excellent. They are honest, hard-working guys who really care about giving their customers a well-built home. They were very open and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We highly recommend them.
