Philosophy of the IPC treatment model: We believe that no one profession has the capacity to effectively and satisfactorily treat complicated conditions on its own. Instead, the specialists at Indiana Polyclinic can best diagnose and treat pain by using the appropriate experts concurrently and by efficient communication between each of the Team Members.
This will expedite your appointment process. You are REQUIRED to have completed patient packet BEFORE your 1st appointment is scheduled. These forms, along with your insurance card, will be required as you check in for your initial examination. Your appointment may require a guarantee with the receipt of the $100 scheduling fee.

I have been a patient at Indiana Polyclinic for several years. When I first came, I was on several pain medications for severe abdominal pain due to chronic pancreatitis. I now have a spinal stimulator to control the pain and rarely even take Tylenol or Motrin. They have always worked with me on my insurance and have been great to work with when I need to adjust appointments. I highly recommend them to everyone as they have numerous treatment options and if something is not working for you, they will listen to you. Totally changed the quality of my life for the better!

Outstanding overall treatment. These doctors really listen and have an amazing amount of empathy for you as you are seeking care. They are quick and always on time! I would highly recommend Dr. Arbuck and the Polyclinic team. When I first started going to him I was having migraines that were affecting my work and personal life. I had a migraine almost all the time in varying degrees and was having to go to the emergency room because they were so bad and I could not control the pain. He started me on a treatment plan and we have worked it and changed it over the years- always with the goal to have the least drugs and best outcome. I currently am able to live a normal life with small headaches every once in while. I have not been to the emergency room in years

I went to the Polyclinic for nearly two years for my severe daily migraines. Most everyone was humane, Knowledgeable & Kind. The frontline Ladies (Serena, Brittany & Jessica) were always helpful, friendly & schedule accommodating. The Nurses were all fabulous!-Laurie, Josh & Jeremy were always so gentle, knowledgeable & kind with the ivs they administered & the post op procedure follow-ups. When I came to the Indiana Polyclinic my pain was unbearable and unmanageable. Their total pain management plan has helped me immensely. I appreciate the fact that they did not just throw medication at me. I have an occupational therapist to teach me ways to manage my pain through various measures outside of medication and understand the origin of my pain. I have an actual therapist because when one is dealing with pain in the body it can cause anxiety and depression. And there are three doctors who oversee different aspects of my care. I have struggled with chronic migraines for nearly two decades. They would come on unexpectedly and make life hell for 3-4 months at a time and then disappear only to return at the absolute worst moments. Dr. Arbuck and his staff were the FIRST to figure out the cause and create a plan to rid me of this curse forever. I cannot say enough good about Indiana Polyclinic !! All of the employees are super nice and very caring. I have been feeling better and better. The episodes of headaches I have are diminishing. I started going to the polyclinic about 6 years ago. when I first went, I was in a lot of pain as well as dealing with depression and anxiety, and only weighed 130 lbs. After several visits, I started feeling better and started gaining weight. It took some time and experimenting with different treatments, but I am doing much better and have my weight up to 185 lbs. I wouldn't have made it this far without all of the doctors and staff who work there.

Having tried at least over 10-20 pain centers/doctors and having had no relief of my pain/itching/burning, Dr. Arbuck has solved and fixed my migraines, bladder pain, and sleep problems. He is the nicest doctor and SO knowledgeable. He is open-minded and most importantly, he never gives up trying to help me. He really truly cares about people.
I had seen multiple bad reviews of this clinic on other websites which scared me off of this place for years until my friend told me how great her experience was. Well, my friend was completely right. Those complaining people must have been drug seekers

I have been a patient for over 15 years in treatment for severe clinical depression. The care I have been given has literally changed my life. I have been under psychiatric care as well as therapy for depression, anxiety and dealing with the grief of family loss.
