We were established in 2001 under the name Carroll Water Well Drilling and Service and span three generations of family. In case you were wondering, yes, JB Water Well IS licensed, insured and certified. John is the founder, owner and CEO of JB Water Well.
JB Water Well has been a primary new construction installer in the Oklahoma City area for almost 20 years. Builders know us, trust us and realize that JB Water Well do things the right way. Builders also love the fact that we keep a detailed database system to record all jobs with PICTURES of any installation.

The team at JB water Well is AMAZING. I was told that I needed a new well pump by another company and had been putting off pulling the trigger. I finally made an appointment for JB to come out for a second opinion and I am so glad I did. The guys were prompt, friendly and best of all discovered that my issue was only the filter, not the pump! If you are looking for a trustworthy company to service your well- look not further!

Gus & T came out to check my well we use for our sprinkler system. Everything works good with the well, but my sprinklers still aren't working. Gus and T kept looking for the problem. We finally narrowed it down to an electrical wire, or possibly a control box issue. They were very friendly, professional, and were patient with all my questions. I would reccomend them, and will use them if need to in the future.

Had a water pressure issue...too much pressure. Called JB Water Well to inspect and they found the issue. I am glad my wife made me call because the issue, if left alone, would have caused significant pump damage. JB Water Well was honest enough to fix the initial issue for a few hundred dollars vs telling me that I was too late and needed to replace the whole pump. I would have believed them...they would have made thousands. These guys not only know their business, they are honest. They did NOT take advantage of a situation where they could have. Isn't that the way business SHOULD be?

Was able to get appointment in less than 24 hours after calling. Techs called to let me know they were on the way and arrived on time. They seemed very knoweldgable, got to work quickly and kept me advised on their progress...they even pointed out and correct another defect, not associated with the original leak, that may well have prevented an issue in the future. They competed exactly as estimated...refreshing to have repair services go exactly as planned and on budget! Thank you -
