The hiring process within most organizations consists of running an ad or contacting a recruiter, collecting resumes, reviewing/sorting through resumes until you get down to a predetermined number of potential candidates.

A solid group of diverse individuals all seeking the same goal means every member of the group is constantly exposed to new perspectives, ideas and ways to do things.

He has helped us create visions which have resulted in the growth of our company, challenged us on creating SMART goals, and has respectfully confronted us when our priorities were off. Great team! I have worked with MasterMind Business Coaching in a number of ways - from being in a small business owners group facilitated by MMBC, networking events, and a vision quest. After completing the homework and meeting process for the vision, I came out with not only a vision for my small business but also a long term plan for my family. Within a year both my business and my family faced forks in the road. I can honestly say with the vision laid out during our sessions with MMBC, I know that we made better decisions about which routes to take.

I have to say that my experience with Mastermind Business Coaching has been spectacular! Scott is very knowledgeable and always seems to have the answer that you need! The groups meetings are the best because you get a chance to not only learn from Scott but you get to learn from other business owners! You also get a chance to teach other owners about things you know! Overall I have to give Mastermind a 5 stars because that’s exactly what you get out of it!

I've been a business owner for almost 15 years. I never claimed to know it all, but oh boy, I was missing out on a lot. I started out as a worker bee, on my own, by myself. Over the years I expanded like many other who offered a trade, and "fell into" being a business owner/manager. The LTC course with Scott helped shed light on things that "I didn't know that I didn't know". A lot of soul searching and much deeper thinking was brought out as part of the course. I still have a lot to work on, but now I am in a better place with better tools and a larger group of other owners just like me, as resources

The Leadership Transformation Coaching Program, was just that, transforming. Scott and Marc helped me to set goals, create plans and learn to manage my team and my business in more of a proactive way.
