I requested threading and i closed my eyes and suddenly feel hot wax on my face. She stated that policy requires waxing prior to threading and proceeds to burn my face. When i told her she burned me she blamed it on me, stating that i probably have a “hormonal imbalance.” She stated that i should just put some ice on it and gave me a credit for a future service! I will NEVER GET MY EYEBROWS DONE HERE AGAIN!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!
