We are happy to honor your BRP Limited warranty or BEST coverage regardless of where you purchased your vehicle. Beware those 3rd party companies that give you a slick glossy card but no phone number or written contract! If they can't be found, or don't send the money, you are financially responsible for the repairs.

I recently purchased a Kawasaki Ninja sportbike from them; worked with Curtis Wright (information/pickup) and Nikki Jackson (closing/logistics) and I highly recommend them both and the shop in general. Bought two jet skis here earlier this year. The purchase experience was fine. I then took them in for first oil change and winterization. When I dropped them off, I was told what the price would be and signed a paper for that amount. When I went back to pick them up, I was charged over $100 more than the original quoted price. The service counter employee couldn't tell me why the price was more. She didn't know. The labor hours, shop supplies, etc. were all the same price as was originally quoted. The only explanation I was given was that "maybe they changed the rates". Now, mind you, I dropped

My husband and I was extremely happy with service. He took his Can Am in for 3000 mile service. River Raisins powersports were professional, polite, and prompt. Drop Can Am off at 10:00am and work was complete at 2:00 pm and ready to be pickup. Trust me David Vawters was extremely satisfied with his experience here at this establishment in Monroe County.

Unfriendly staff. Asked for help first thing said is we dont stock those but go ask at parts desk. When asked parts desk was told ill see what i can find 30 mins later i decided to leave said you dont stock it they were working on a total diffrent customer. Because someone else needed to use the computer so we were put off to the side. I will never return here even if they had a part i needed within a 500 mile radius. Sorry

I drove over 1.5 hours to check out a can am Ryker. I was in contact with this dealer and qualified for the first responder discount they were offering. When I walked in to the showroom Bob Hall approached me and I told him what I was looking for. He immediately brought me outside to the most expensive machine. When asked to discuss pricing he went to his computer and relayed the direct prices from brp's website. When asked about rebates he immediately says "NOPE and if they were we are not offering them due to high demand of Rykers and not being able to hold onto them". I mentioned the first responder

Called about purchasing a Maverick Trail. I was told they were busy and they would call me back. Two days later I still did not receive a call, so I called again. I was once again told they were busy and would call me back later. No call back. I stopped in the store and there was one other customer in the store. I asked about the machine I wanted and was told they don't have any in stock. Called a store an hour away, paid a deposit over the phone, and picked up the machine the same day.
