Booked a photography session for a real estate listing. Received appointment request email then heard nothing for 3 days. When I called to confirm receipt, I was told the appointment was declined. No notification that it was declined. Was told there was a glitch in the system and that I should have received one. The customer service rep said their photographers in my area did not have enough business to support themselves and hung up on me while I was talking. Now I must scramble to find a new photographer in time. Terrible experience, will never give them a second chance.

Very poor quality pictures.... re-edited and still pink/orange. Poor follow thru on edited pictures, resulting in size issues. Causing lot of time of mine to be used to get pictures ready to upload. I babysat the entire time and spent hours doing stuff I paid for. Not to mention, Judy Aaron, manager was very much unsupportive and unprofessional. First time using this photographer and last time.

I’ve used them several times for pictures, drone photography, and home measurements. I’ve found them to be communicative and professional. The quality of photography varies from person to person- but I prefer Aaron’s work. The one time a measurement was missed they replied right away and went back and finished. I misunderstood and they still fixed the issue. I appreciate the extra time that took and the way they handled the situation. They are one of the most reasonably priced in the cities, super flexible scheduling, and accommodated me last minute. I would recommended them for sure!
