In our initial consultation we will walk your property with you to analyze the opportunities and constraints of the site, discuss your ideas and needs, and discover possibilities that may lead to the design solution. This field investigation and your goals will drive solutions during the design process.
This is a local renovation of the house and yard that is ongoing. The homeowners dug a small pond 30 years ago and we "enhanced" this feature as we improved the space around it. Molly is the Highland Terrier that lives at this property and she rules the roost. On warm summer days, you can usually find Molly hanging by the pool, eating Sushi, and going for long walks.

I always encourage people to consider how much they will use this feature before we build it. Some people just love them.
We had the opportunity to redesign this hidden gem in the center of Concord NH, originally developed to revitalize downtown. This community input involved several questionnaires, interviews, public input, City meetings, and concept designs that culminated in the restoration of this 30 year old space for the people.

John Sullivan has done brilliant design and work in our very large yard, including stonework including stone walls, stone seats, decorative stones; also shrubs, a garden pond, a woodland garden and and perennial gardens. He's made me feel I'm living in a botanical garden. He has done a remarkable job of incorporating our ideas and suggesting new ideas that appealed to us. His willingness to develop ideas over a period of time, try out ideas in sketches or to go step-by-step to see how we like an idea and adjust as it develops, has been phenomenal. We recommend him highly.

John Sullivan of JSLA Landscaping is a very capable architect of outdoor landscape. He took my new build situation and expertly designed a multi-level pathway around my house including a patio picnic area. He moved stone slabs and boulders with expertise and artistic placement. Besides his rock-scaping abilites he is well knowledged in plant applications and selections. I highly recommend his expertise, information and keeping to the job.
