Had a great time here for a Hamilton performance. Parking wasn't too bad, it cost $15 and wasn't too far from the concert hall. I didn't have a hard time at all finding my seat, and the seats were well organized so I had a clear view of the stage the whole time. All areas were clean but the lines for the restroom got really bad at intermission.

The show itself was great! (Hamilton). I was not aware of how high the seats on the second balcony are. For the first time at this venue, I was surprised at how far away we were. 3 stars for a few reasons 1) toilets and facilities were poorly managed and entry/exit is chaotic and 2) the the assigned parking garage was a NIGHTMARE. Do NOT park there- even if you’re tempted. It took us about an HOUR to get out due to the crowds. Really made me think twice about our next visit.

It's the best place to see a large show in Austin. Pretty comfortable seats, generally well organized. For popular shows they typically have sufficient bar stations setup. Bathrooms are a little sparse (and smelly!) - especially for the men. They recently improved their entry process so less intrusive security scanning. Parking can be a bit of a pain.

This place was packed, plan to arrive an hour early to get parking, the guy sitting next to me came 1/4 the way through the musical. I came here to see Hamilton, which was amazing. The seating is very spacious and the guest services were very helpful. I Lyfted in and recommend getting dropped off by the football stadium across the street so you don't wait in the parking line.

Saw Hamilton at the Concert Hall. It is a decent sized concert hall with good acoustics. It has a good bar on the second floor with reasonably priced beer on tap. The concert hall itself is pretty spartan. From having been to other concert halls around the country, I was disappointed by the lack of interior beauty. But that doesn't matter much when the lights dim and the concert begins.

While the theater is an excellent place to see a show with relatively good audio even though the orchestra is way too loud for the lyrics at times. The new seats are comfy. Sight lines are good. however The parking is a complete dumpster fire. You arrive an hour early it takes 50 mins and almost missing the beginning of the show to go the 1.2 miles off the exit to the garage. People slower than dirt. One road in and one road out for 3k people. Plan ahead for arriving 3 hours before a show. Theater however is streamlined and safe
