We have used Bailey’s since we moved to Greeneville 8 years ago. They offer incredibly fast, courteous, friendly service and are extremely knowledgeable. Our a/c unit went out recently and they gave me an estimate over the phone, ordered the new unit and installed it in 4days! I highly recommend Baileys! They won’t upsell you on parts or service,you don’t need. Customer service is great.

We had an emergency call in to them and they got out to us same day to diagnose issues with A/C and then owner performed repair when staff had to go on to next scheduled job. We were getting sick from the heat and they helped out. Bless them!
