Saigon Noodle House, located on highway 280, is arguably the most popular Vietnamese restaurant in Birmingham, AL. We seek to satisfy our customers' dining experience with a menu that offers many flavorful authentic dishes such as Pho noodle soups and Banh Mi sandwiches using fresh ingredients and recipes originated from Vietnam.
In 2009, our family considered our decision to venue into the restaurant business as we received financial support from our family members and loans to open Saigon Noodle House. To attract customer, we opened our family's recipes box and shared dishes such as our famous fresh spring rolls, Pho noodles soups, and Pork Banh Mi sandwiches.

If I had to choose one meal to eat every day for the rest of my life, I’d choose B4 at Saigon. Every employee at Saigon is so friendly and patient. The food is consistently amazing every time. My husband and I eat here at least once a week. I’d add a photo of my food, but I always inhale it way too quickly to capture a photo. As the employees here already know, mine and my husbands favorites are A1, A6, B4 and a lychee smoothie. You won’t be disappointed eating at Saigon Noodle House!!!

This place is a must stop every time we are out on 280. The food is packed full of flavor with fresh ingredients. The food comes out quickly and the service is always wonderful! We have never had a "bad" menu item. They have also have an attentive staff, quick to address your needs and clear dishes from table. If you are googling where to eat right now, Saigon Noodle House is where you are destined to go. Go now.

Saigon noodle house 280 is by far my favorite restaurant. It is also by far the best Vietnamese food in town. The staff and owners are friendly and it is family-owned. I’ve eaten there hundreds of times and I’ve never had a bad meal. Neither have friends who have accompanied me. The food is also reasonably priced. I highly suggest the P8 with coconut curry broth, pictured. (This is Pho, a soup. You must ask them to substitute the this broth for the regular chicken broth.) You’ll not be disappointed in this dining choice!
