Pinecrest Condo Association
Pinecrest Condominiums is a group of 66 family housing units. These units are situated in three secure buildings on Woodstone Lane located in the pleasant Rossmont section of New Kensington, Pennsylvania. Condominiums range in size from 927 to 1,945 square feet, offering 1 to 3 bedrooms, single level living.

Each building has 4 levels offering a community room, garages, a utilities room, and storage areas on the lowest level and condo units on the upper three floors. Each building has an elevator servicing all four levels. Not all units have a garage but ample parking surrounds the buildings. Each unit has a private balcony and is assigned a private storage area.
Services
To find out if there are any condos for sale, please check with your local real estate broker. Most condos are sold through a broker rather than through the owner. We, that are the HOA, Pinecrest Condominium Association, are not involved in the sale or resale of any properties. However we do have By-Laws and House Rules governing the physical moving in and out processes that must be followed.
As a courtesy you should notify your building coordinator or board member if you are selling your unit. For security reasons estate sales are NOT permitted. Be sure that you or your real estate agent contact Acri Commercial Realty to get a resale certificate. Acri Commercial Realty contact information can be found on the "About" page of this website.

It use to be a nice place to live. My mother has been there since it was built in 1986. If she was a little younger, I'd get her out of there. Yes, you own your condo, and you pay a high maintenance fee every month. You can't put anything on the walls on YOUR balcony. Its like living in a high rise. Cant do anything in YOUR condo without permission. No door mats. Next there will be bars on the windows! No pets! No nothing! I'd advise you to look elsewhere if you want to have a peaceful place to live!!

If you want a nice & friendly place to live, this is not where you want. They act as though they own your home not you. The association makes changes as they see fit without disregard to the people who are owners. The maintenance man is terrible, but the maintenance fee keeps going up & up. These homes were built with love, sweat & by people who cared, unfortunately they have passed & now the ones that remain are ruining what the founders started & wanted these places to be. These places are NOT what you want. Trust me, I know from experience since they were built in 1986.
