Safety 1st has been there for us since my husband had emergency heart surgery and was in bed for over 40 days. He was weak and I could not take him to dialysis myself. He is transported by gurney and Safety 1st is one of the very few who can take a 6'1" big man! Ayreen has been so patient and professional, especially when unexpected delays come up! They are considerate of my husband's needs and asks for updates about his health. They really care! They have come through for us on unexpected short notice for travel to nursing home from ER. and was there next morning to take him to outpatient surgery

We needed help transporting my mom home from a skilled nursing facility. My mom needs to be in a wheelchair right now and we don't have a ramp set up, so we had to find a service that could get her inside the house, which, unfortunately, some won't do. She is also very fearful of being moved and potentially falling, so it's a tall order. I had called another transport service we used in the past but they were unable to help us and I didn't really know of any others. The social worker from the facility recommended Safety First Medical Transport. I called them, crossed my fingers and hoped for the

From start to finish, my mom (who is in a wheelchair) was treated with respect, care, and warmth. Gamil (the driver) picked my parents up on time, kept them safe, and acted with utmost professionalism. He was patient, gentle, humorous, and kind. Gamil was flexible when pick up time needs changed. I would recommend the services of Safety First to any one! Irene (who set up the appt) was easy to reach, flexible, and was willing to work with us at the last minute on a weekend. My mom was able to celebrate her 91st birthday with family!!! We’ll use them as often as possible. It was expensive but

We recently had our daughter transported from Cedars Sinai Hospital in LA back home in Santa Rosa Valley about 1-1/2 hrs. Her situation was such that she had to be on her back and couldn't tolerate bouncing around at any point. They did all that and more. The nicest most caring people you could ever have taking or bringing your loved one. Just wonderful people. The best.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank this company, at a moment of dire need. I have been a long time user of this type of service for my family member and in February 2021, I found myself in a bind to get much needed transportation for my sister who had a very important appointment scheduled and Safety 1st Medical transport came to the rescue. They provided high quality, professional and personal good care and a big Thank You to our driver who went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Safety 1st for any family in the need of exceptional service.
