Steve inspected our brand new house and found quite a few things the builder missed. He came back 3 times and didn’t charge us again just to make sure everything was done right. We’d never have known they didn’t put enough insulation in the attic or that every door was missing screws if Steve hadn’t caught it. They even forgot to install the off on button for garbage disposal and Steve found that too.

Steve didn’t miss an inch of our house. What impressed most was the day before closing we noticed damage to our garage door. The sellers told us it had been there a long time. Steve sent a ton of photos he had taken of the area in question. Indeed it had been damaged after the inspection. We got the sellers to pay for it. So glad we hired Compass Inspections .
