Kari Shelton has been artfully curating floral designs for over 15 years. Her love of design is what inspired the creation of The Flower Girl in 2015.

Kari and her team were phenomenal. From the beginning I felt heard and like an active participant in designing my florals. Kari offered solid advice and suggestions and I greatly valued her input not only on the florals but also on the overall atmosphere of the wedding. She easily accommodated my budget and graciously reworked the proposal as I changed things several times and up to just weeks from event date! My mother-in-law arranges flowers and we wanted her to put together some of the bouquets as a personal touch. Kari graciously welcomed my MIL into her studio to assist and it meant so much

Kari and her team did my wedding flowers and the entire process was seamless! She listened to everything I wanted and executed the design beautifully. I was in awe of my bouquet and could not get over all of the little details she snuck in(she used my mom's wedding dress(which wrapped my bouquet) and my husband's grandfather's talit in our chuppah!). The entire wedding was incredible thanks to The Flower Girl! I recommend Kari to all my friend's and family for all of their flower needs!

Kari does beautiful work and is such a floral artist! Our guests raved about the flowers and all the extra touches Kari added to make our event spectacular! Kari even went into her shop when she was closed to make last minute arrangements the day of our event and delivered them to the venue at no additional charge! She’s unflappable! We’d worked together in the past and everything I’ve seen her do is magical - but she agreed to do the flowers for my wedding in Colorado and really outdid herself!
First of all, she drove a van with her helpers from Texas to Colorado in February (feet of snow!) - then, created an absolute masterpiece for my ceremony site, the bouquets were perfect, and she even incorporated a fly fishing lure for my husband. Not to mention, she added flowers to the cake and just about everything else because she could. She’s the real deal and you will NOT BE disappointed. Highly

All I can say is wow! The flowers that were delivered today were spectacular. It's so nice when you get the flowers that were beautifully put together. They look and smell great and my daughter was so happy to get them. I think I may send myself some next. :) I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for something extra,

Kari did an amazing job on the flowers for our intimate backyard wedding! She built a stunning floral arch on our pergola, and everyone was complimenting it constantly throughout the wedding. It made the ceremony feel like a fairytale! Due to coronavirus we had to quickly plan a tiny wedding at home, but Kari was willing to jump in and help. The flowers truly made it feel so special!

I am still in awe of what Kari was able to do with the ideas that I had for the flowers at my wedding. I gave her basic ideas, and she crafted a pinterest board that look exactly like what I wanted. She had such innovative ideas when it came to the flowers in my ceremony, including the bridesmaids bouquets. I would highly recommend Kari because she will provide amazing floral service.

When I went to meet Kari, husband in hand, We had saved so many random ideas that we did not know how we would bring it all together. We brainstormed and I shared my vision with Kari and let me tell you something... she designed EXACTLY what I wanted and it all pulled together better than I could have imagined. Kari and her team did an amazing job with flowers and decorations for our wedding last weekend at Pecan Springs Ranch. We absolutely LOVED the designs she put together.. The bright, beautiful flowers everywhere looked truly incredible and all of our guests made multiple comments about how nice it all looked. She puts a lot of effort into helping you get all that you want within your budget and her years of experience are helpful when you find yourself overwhelmed and indecisive.
She made a beautiful flower crown for my Bridal portraits and also provided beautiful blooms is assorted glassware for my rehearsal

We could not have been any happier with our experience with The Flower Girl! We hired Kari as the florist for our wedding in January 2016. As the bride, florals were personally one of my most favorite parts of the wedding and we didn't have a huge budget to spend. We married on New Year's Day 2016 and Kari and The Flower Girl crew did an absolutely amazing job! From our initial meeting when she politely put up with my puppy (who I had in tow) to day of execution, I could not have asked for a better experience! The weather was a bit cold and wet, but not only did she arrive on time, she was on budget and everything looked amazing! She completely nailed it! I was over-the-top thrilled with how the ceremony, attendant and reception flowers came together. I highly recommend The Flower Girl and I look forward to working with them again on future events
