I've had good pizza in N.Y.C. and Chicago. Heck, I've had good pizza from mom and pop joints out west all the way back to places on the east coast and down south to Key West, FL. Bar none, the pizza from Cosmo's was some of the best pizza I've ever had!! I don't know if the stars aligned on the evening of Mon. Oct. 25th for the perfect pizza pie, but the sauce was sweet, tangy, and spicy and the crust was not too thick or not too thin (just right) w/plenty of toppings, special sauce, & cheese to boot. In essence, Cosmo's Pizzeria created the perfect combination for one of the best pizzas I've ever

Pizza was incredible and the staff was very kind. We will eat here again. My wife and I loved it. The price was very good for the quantity and the quality of the pizza. And again, the staff was very kind to us. I don’t give 5 stars often but this one definitely deserved it. They did not disappoint us.

Ordered two "Homemade meatball Tunnels" which are toasted meatball subs with marinara sauce with fries instead of chips. The fries were simultaneously burnt on the ends and not done in the middle. They were so undone they looked like limp raw potato strings.
One of our subs was toasted nearly to black. The other was toasted properly. The "homemade meatballs" were exceedingly bland and tasted off-the-shelf and the marinara provided only a hint of flavor.
Definitely not going back.

Person answering phone was very nice. We expected a long wait on a Friday night but the pizza was ready when we were told it would be (about 45 minutes after the order was placed). Ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 was pepperoni 1 was Margarita and both were very good. Pizzaz are hand tossed and crust has a nice chew. Also ordered the antipasto salad which fed 3 with leftovers. Would order again.

No masks. Not on the cashier or the cooks. A bunch of people waiting--no distancing.
No respect for their customer's health. If they cared about their customers, they would protect them and wear masks. We've enjoyed your pizza for over a decade, but if you don't support our health, we won't support you. We won't be back.

Pizza was pretty good. Definitely better than an average pizza chain. However, The ambiance was definitely lacking. The restaurant was small, dimly lit, and extremely hot (the thermostat on the wall read 80 degrees). There was one waitress for the whole restaurant but she did a good job keeping our drinks refilled.

We are spending our last week in Duck and are finding the restaurant offerings meager. They are either $$$/$$$$ or poorly rated or both. It is a strange community. We have five more days to try a few places, but I can see us driving back south or potentially trying Corolla.
For our first night we drove the short but extremely slow distance back to Southern Shores simply because Cosmo's is much better rated than Waves or Pizzazz or any other pizza place close by. Cosmo's made us a pretty good pizza. We ordered our usual, sausage, olive (black since no green olives or Kalamatas were
