Many of the larger manufacturing facilities in the southeast rely on us to supply their tooling needs. In our complete tool and die shop, we offer you tool and gauge building services either as a stand-alone service or in conjunction with prototyping and production. Our tool builders also create products for two-piece aluminum beverage can tooling.
From complex progressive stampings to simple shapes, Emery has capabilities to make all your stampings and stamped assemblies complete. We also offer you complete die building and will provide die maintenance for the life of your project. Many times stamped parts require secondary operations such as tapping, staking, spot welding, as well as sub-assembly.
