To protect yourself and others, face masks are required upon entry to either of our locations. Anyone entering our offices will be required to follow this guidance. While we prefer that you have your own face covering, we will provide a mask for those that do not have one. We would also like to remind you that during this time, we are only allowing someone to come to an appointment with a patient or employee, if they require special assistance.

We appreciate your continued support to keep our clients, patients, and staff well. The following tests will be available with a three- to five-day turnaround time. Some priority options may be available for results to return sooner. We are going to set up scheduled times for this testing and will offer onsite testing for groups.
