I went in last week to take my computer because it kept turning off and I wasnt receiving my outlooks email either. They were able to take out the virus and gave an update to my outlook mail. It was all done within a day and the price for it was even better they are very affordable!. Thank you fr a great service

Wow! Do not do business with this company. Stay far away! Brought in my computer for a simple virus removal and Atu, I believe the owner told me it'll be fixed in a few days.
I come back in a few days and not only did they not do the work, but my laptop is missing!! Currently filing charges with the company through my employer. Stay away!

First time customer here-- went in for a home computer repair and received fast, friendly, and affordable help. Jennifer took my call and handled the administrative side, and John was the tech that went above and beyond my expectations for service.
They mentioned they do a lot of commercial work, so I was a little worried my computer would sit for a while, but they ended up helping me out on the spot.
I ended up needing a new part, but they bought and installed the part and had my computer ready for pickup on the same day.

I made an appointment with Onsyte to call me between 1:PM and 2:PM to help me remotely with my computer, they never called. I had to call the office where I was told everyone was out on a call. I asked the gentleman what about my appointment. He said someone would return my call with-in one hour. No one ever called. I am very disappointed with them since Angies List rate them with a super service award.

I am a homeowner and I was having really bad problems with my computer it was so slow I had for about 5 years. I called Onsyte and they suggested I get a new computer because it has been so long that is wasn’t worth repairing it over and over. So I bought a computer from them custom built at a great price and I have not had any problems with it, and just a week ago they came out to my property to install my printer and do a quick maintenance on the computer. They are just so great, very reliable, and dependable. Thank
