Perishable Distribution Solutions, Inc. was started in 2000 with 6 tractor-trailers that made local deliveries in Illinois and the surrounding Midwest states for our sister company, a prominent meat wholesaler. Today, we are an asset based transportation company with over 40 tractor-trailers and a network of thousands of third party carriers providing truckload, LTL, and intermodal services both dry and refrigerated throughout the United States.

In my opinion they go above and beyond the call of service. They have changed in the years past and are heading in the right direction regarding customer service, workplace ethics and appreciating their drivers. I would to extend my gratitude to the worker that loaded my truck today.. Apparently another driver Abuse the privilege of holding up a Bay door after being loaded for 45min and making other driver wait and making worker inside backed up, because the driver decide to check each item on his BOL one at a time and sweet time is Unacceptable And should not be tolerated And your place of business when you have a business to run...

Since I am an employee there, it would be inappropriate for me to give a review as it would not be an unbiased opinion.
I gave it three stars as that is the middle of the road. I will allow others to determine just how good or bad PDS is.
Why after being there for three years does Google finally ask for a review is slightly perplexing.

Picked up a load on 7/22 says they needed to del on 7/27, call that monday to get an ETA, says sorry our truck broke down, no notification or anything no emails nothing, later that day call back to see if the truck is back up and running i get " What? this is a 14 stop the truck is running fine"
Guys need to learn to keep your stories straight.
