I participated in the 6 week challenge and although I had to part ways for my own personal reasons. I want everyone to know more about this program and its instructors. Jumping back into working out again, I was anxious, I had my doubts. I was met with the most positive support team, members and trainers alike. I really enjoy this place!! I moved away and could not wait to move back to work out with Jon!! The work outs are awesome and the atmosphere is very motivating and encouraging!! If you are looking to lose some weight and be in a fun work out environment this is the place for you!!! Highly recommend!!

I live out of town but my friend is a member of this gym. So, when I'm visiting her we always go on Saturday morning. The owner, John, is very friendly and helpful. The members are welcoming. The atmosphere is clean and we have a good time. It's definitely a great workout. You will sweat, but have fun doing it.

After a 3- year hiatus (yikes), I am back and pleased with my initial results. I lost 11 pounds in 21 days following the meal plan and training regimen. The workouts are intense, but motivating in a group setting. Everyday, we work a different part of our body. Jon makes sure everyone is following each move safely and in proper form.....and then he encourages us to do it "17 times faster"! :D

I absolutely love this gym. The entire class is so supportive and encouraging. The instructor, Jon, makes you feel super comfortable. And he has lost over 100 pounds using the same work outs he teaches us. So you have living proof right in front of you that if you stay the course you will reach your goals. They also help you with a meal plan. I highly recommend.
