I'm beyond satisfied with my vehicle after picking it up yesterday. My vehicle had significant rear end damage. From start to finish was a great experience. Dave was extremely helpful with contacting the other party's insurance company also setting me in a rental vehicle through Enterprise. The crew in shop are experienced professionals, they made my vehicle look better than it was before the accident. Then the finishing touch by detailing the inside. Very happy with service!! This is the best collision/paint shop in Buffalo. David and his team are professional, kind, and amazing. I needed a new hood for my car, David spent time looking up the part, ordering the part for me, explaining the paint process and getting the job done within the week. Not only did they get the job done with superior expertise, but they saw that my thermostat housing had a small crack and leaking antifreeze and helped me understand that, so I was able to order a new part and get that fixed before I ruined my engine. I cannot recommend this business enough, they are a great team of collision

Got a low-speed impact dent on a rear door that affected the latch function. The Dealer quoted $1200 for the repair.
On the recommendation of Hettig Service (a solid, dependable mechanic,) took it to Dave who was very accommodating and explained the options and cost implications.
He wanted to start with a paintless dent removal effort as the least expensive, and if that worked suitably, he'd fix the latch and be done. We were going out of town, so dropped the car with him and returned to find a PERFECTLY repaired door with a fully functioning latch, buffed and polished and looking brand new

My car was broken into and whoever did it really messed up my front passenger door. I definitely needed new glass as mine was shattered, but we weren’t sure about what would happen with the door. Dave and his team went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the best work done while keeping the cost as low as possible. To top it all off my car was detailed and there isn’t a piece of broken glass to be found. I am so appreciative of him and his team and I will definitely recommend and use him again in the future!

My 2007 red Honda Accord had some serious clear coat peeling. Dave and his team made my "sow's ear car, into a silk purse!" I was amazed at what an outstanding painting job they did, along with buffing my headlight covers to look brand new! Dave was very professional, reasonably priced, and finished my car in a timely manner. If I could give them 10☆s, I would. Thanks, Dave. Extremely pleased. 👍
