I’m so happy with the results. I had my house sided and gutters replaced. The house was built in 1923 and it sure looked like it. Now it looks like a brand new home. The work was meticulous and I absolutely love the color. The price range was very fair. I would recommend Lindsay construction and design to anyone looking to improve their home.

DESPICABLE ALL THE WAY AROUND! They installed a metal roof at my home on 1/13/20 and it has been raining inside ever since!!! I’ve contacted them multiple times and they said they can’t do anything to fix it! Are you kidding me? I spoke with Jim at their office and asked to speak with the owner. I was told that he’s on vacation as he always is and there’s nothing that they could do to help me. These photos represent the the terrible craftsmanship of this horrible company.

Worst possible experience. Terrible customer service and communication (aside from Karol. If you need something done talk to her). Debris was left in my yard from the siding job. After I had to clean it up myself I found debris from some other house in the pile (found shutters in the waste pile and my house didn't have any to begin with). Had several different sub-contractors show up to my house not knowing what to do or what was done.
I have a signed materials contract for the job stating how much I was to pay and then a month later they called to say it was going to be an extra $500. I had to

We had a TON of storm damage, and Lindsey was on the spot. They worked with our insurance company, and we now have a gorgeous new roof, freshly painted windows and they helped us deal with other issues in our c. 1959 MCM ranch. Due to the virus considerations slowing work down, we're waiting to be scheduled for interior repair, but so far, we're REALLY PLEASED.

Lindsey construction came to my house because they noticed storm damage on my roof.
They said they could help me get a new roof. I told them that will see what happens. After the we were approved for a new roof. they wanted me to sign a contract. I told them i wasn't sure i wanted to have Lindsey construction to do the work. They had reviews for sub-par work. While i was out of town the salesman came over to show me shingles.
He convinced my girlfriend who doesn't own the house to sign a contract. He actually told her that i said it was ok. I never said it was OK.I would never approve
