If you value your time or money, and customer service and communication are at all important to you, AVOID this company! These folks make you pay up front for a service call, then take your money and run! I called and emailed repeatedly seeking an appointment, only to get excuse after excuse. Also, expect to wait a week to get a response each time you reach out. 3 months later I told them I wanted a refund for services not rendered, only to get ignored some more. I finally had to do a charge-back with my credit card company. I also placed an order for parts and never received ANY communication
