Spiders are dominant predators to most other insects and rely on them as a source of food. Although there is a major concern between people and spiders, they are more of a benefit to the environment than one may think. A very small majority of spiders are actually venomous and pose health risks to humans.
The first step in assessing rodent issues is the completion of an inspection by one of our trained licensed technicians. Upon completion of the initial inspection, our technician will be able to provide further details on a plan that best suits the current situation including further repairs that will be necessary in the prevention of rodents entering the structure.
Wasps are seasonal pests often times mistaken for yellow jackets. The two have similar appearances but are different. Wasps nest in many different areas including; eaves, gutters, soffits, and window sills on the exterior of the structure. Wasp nests often times looks like an upside down umbrella with a honeycomb like appearance and are openly exposed.
Yellowjackets are often mistaken as wasps and are very similar in appearance, but can be different in their level of aggressiveness as well as their habits. Often nesting in the ground, bushes, on or in structures. These pests may be seen year-round depending on conditions but are very common in the summer and fall.
Sono-Marin Pest Solutions Exclude Trap Management service for rodents is offered to residential and commercial properties year-round on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. This service begins with an inspection of the structure and property by one of our licensed technicians. The inspection will help determine problem areas, repairs that may be needed on the structure, and assist with preventative measures.

After an initial, VERY thorough inspection for a home sale, the team created options for pest control.
